The "Italian Inspired Afternoon Tea" is inspired by the blue skies and sunshine of the Mediterranean Sea and the early summer in Italy. Chef Alessio, Chef de Cuisine from Sicily, and Frederic Moreau, Executive Pastry Chef, have teamed up to offer a selection of sweets and savories created using ingredients from Italy and inspired by Italian cuisine and Italian sweets.
