This afternoon buffet offers a luxurious experience of the diverse charms of berries, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Executive Pastry Chef Frédéric Moreau has transformed the fragrant and juicy berries into sophisticated sweets such as cakes, mousses, tarts, jellies, and cookies. Berries are also skillfully incorporated into the savory dishes, adding a light acidity and vibrant color, creating a refined harmony of sweetness and freshness.
