We're hosting "Strawberry Berry ~An Ensemble of Berries~," where you can enjoy the charm of a variety of berries, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. This time, we'll be offering two types of fresh strawberries in a buffet style, allowing you to directly enjoy the natural flavor, tartness, and sweetness of the strawberries to your heart's content. Savor the refreshing juice and the different balances of sweetness and tartness, as well as the unique flavors of each variety.

This afternoon buffet offers a luxurious experience of the diverse charms of berries, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Executive Pastry Chef Frédéric Moreau has transformed the fragrant and juicy berries into sophisticated sweets such as cakes, mousses, tarts, jellies, and cookies. Berries are also skillfully incorporated into the savory dishes, adding a light acidity and vibrant color, creating a refined harmony of sweetness and freshness. Please enjoy this delightful berry feast.
