Since its launch in spring 2024, our Champagne Brunch has been well received, and we are pleased to announce its renewal.
The new theme is “Italian Luxury Brunch.”
Featuring over 70 dishes and desserts, the brunch includes two types of meat dishes such as roast black wagyu beef, as well as cheeses, salads, pasta, soups, and more. Among them, the Truffle Risotto prepared in front of guests inside a large wheel of Parmesan cheese with added truffle and foie gras is one of the most popular items. For dessert, our live station offers sweets finished right before your eyes, allowing you to enjoy them freshly made.
