And on weekends and holidays, <Champagne Brunch> embarked on an "Italian Luxury Brunch" featuring over 70 dishes and desserts, the brunch includes two types of meat dishes such as roast black wagyu beef, as well as cheeses, salads, pasta, soups, and more.

Italian Restaurant "Splendido"
NEW CHEF
Masayuki Aoshima has been appointed Chef of the Italian restaurant, Splendido.
He trained for approximately four and a half years in Italian regions such as Lombardy, Liguria, and Piedmont. During that time, he traveled through nearly all of Italy's 20 regions on his own, studying the country's food culture and regional cuisine.
Having built a career that values the fundamentals, the experience Aoshima aims to deliver is 'straightforward cuisine.'
Savor sincere Italian dishes that are free from ostentation, born from a direct and honest approach to each ingredient.
