    Chef Alessio has been awarded the title of "UNESCO World Heritage Italian Cuisine Ambassador"

    We are proud to share that Natale Alessio La Barbera, Head Chef of the Italian restaurant Splendido, has been awarded the prestigious title of "Ambassador of Italian Cuisine for UNESCO World Heritage." 
    Upon receiving the honor, Chef Alessio commented, "It is a great privilege to be appointed as an Ambassador of Italian Cuisine for UNESCO World Heritage. I will carry this honor with the utmost devotion and respect and continue to offer unforgettable culinary experiences that celebrate the richness of Italian culture."
    Originally from Sicily, Chef Alessio is known for his deep passion for Italian cuisine, which he expresses by embracing Japanese culture and ingredients while staying true to authentic Italian flavors. His culinary excellence and commitment to promoting Italian gastronomy have earned high acclaim.
