    We are deeply honored to welcome Mr. Naoya Matsufuji - Executive Officer, Brand Director, and the inaugural Brewery Manager of Dassai - to host an exclusive SAKE Maker's Dinner. For this special occasion, Head Chef, Masayuki Aoshima will present a menu of simple yet exquisitely delicate Italian cuisine, meticulously crafted to draw out the maximum vitality of each ingredient.  Guests are invited to indulge in a sophisticated pairing with the world-renowned "Dassai" sake.
